What is Boot Camp?
A fitness boot camp is a type of physical training program that combines interval training with many other exercises using weights
and/or body weights to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular
exercise.

Boot camp provides social support for those taking part. This provides a different environment for those exercisers who get bored in a
gym and find it hard to develop a habit of exercise. Participants make friends and socialize while they exercise.

10 person minimum for Instructor to hold course. ALL registrations need to be in by
March 1st.(5.00 deposit required)
Walk-in rate $7.00 gym members $8.50 Non-gym members after March 1st.
Required materials:
Water, Yoga matt, 2lb, 3lb, or 5lb dumbbells
Total body muscle conditioning and toning combines short cardio intervals with exercises targeted at
specific muscle groups. Cardio and exercises combine to increase fat burning along with cardio
vascular efficiency to create an overall feeling of health and wellness.

Joining in the fun will help you establish a regular exercise routine.
