Excalibur Fitness, LLC is a family owned and managed business, employing local students to assist
with client services. What began as a labor of love for Barry and Michelle Slotnick nine years ago in a
rented space on Route 6, blossomed into a brand new facility with 6,400 square feet. Excalibur
Fitness offers an extensive free weight area, as well as weight machines designed to target
specific body parts. Our cardiovascular equipment includes both basics such as treadmills and
bicycles, to the more advanced stair climbers, ellypticals, and cross trainer machines. No matter
what shape you are in there is a fitness plan and equipment available to help you achieve your goals.
We are happy to assist you in getting started and there are local trainers available for hire if you feel
you need more than the basic instruction we provide. There is a separate room dedicated to
Fitness Classes, which are offered separately from our gym memberships and can be utilized
without becoming a gym member. The aerobics room is also rented by New England Tae Kwon Do
of CT Martial Arts. Locker rooms with shower facilities are available for members to use.
